Delivery Method
All deliveries will be made using a kerbside delivery service. Your order will be delivered on a pallet. The delivery vehicle will NOT be fitted with a crane, the pallet will be unloaded using a tail lift and a hand operated pallet truck. The pallet will then be lowered to the kerbside. Drivers are not required to then move the pallet onto your property, however, some drivers may do this if you ask and the ground allows him/her to. The driver will not be able to lift pallets over walls or fences. Please also be aware that pump trucks do not run over gravel or grass. Due to the limitations of this type of delivery we strongly recommend that you contact the supplier if you are in anyway unsure about this delivery method.
Acceptance of Delivery
Customers are to be present during delivery as a signed proof of delivery is required. If you are not present during delivery the goods will either be left on the kerbside at your request or taken back to the local delivery depot and re-delivered at a later date. (Re-delivery charges will apply for this)
Delivery Vehicles
All deliveries will be delivered on 18.5 tonne rigid vehicles. Although these vehicles vary in size they are approx 30ft long, 10ft wide and 15ft tall. Please ensure they are able to access your property. Please note that skip and refuse trucks have a narrow track body and are smaller than our delivery vehicles. Should you have any concerns regarding access please contact the supplier and we can try and arrange for a smaller vehicle. Please note if access can’t be obtained due to access restrictions that have not been notified a re-delivery charge at a later date will be incurred. Vans are not used for deliveries and the smallest vehicle we can deliver on is a 7.5 tonne rigid vehicle.

Next day AM – Delivery between 9am-12noon (Additional charges apply)
Next day PM – Delivery between 12noon and 5pm (Additional charges apply)
Next day Timed – Timed specific between 9am – 5pm (Eg 10:30am) (Additional charges apply)
Saturday AM – Delivery between 9am-12noon on a Saturday (additional charges apply)
