Please find below our delivery terms & conditions for local Radbournes delivery and nationwide Pallet network delivery.
All deliveries delivered from a Radbournes Limited H.G.V will be delivered kerb side.
We have to work to very high safety standards and this may restrict our ability to deliver your materials if the delivery location is deemed to be unsafe.
We will need a full address including Postcode, contact phone numbers for the site and directions if the site location is difficult to find.
We will need to know If there are any obstructions close to the delivery address, which could cause a problem for a Heavy Goods Vehicle, for example if there are overhead power cables present or drains and drain covers in the location you are asking us to deliver.
Deliveries are to level ground locations only we cannot deliver on any steep inclines or sloping ground; tipper trucks cannot operate safely in these conditions, and it will it is always at the driver’s discretion as to what is deemed possible.
Our crane truck drivers will unload your order from the vehicle for you.
Our vehicle cranes are designed to unload the truck next to the vehicle and cannot always place the goods where you require due to vehicle lifting limits and site safety.
Drivers will do their best to get your items as close to where you need them as possible, but they will be restricted by the access available due to the size of our vehicles and it is always at the driver’s discretion as to what is deemed possible. Any pallet and packaging disposal are the responsibility of the recipient.

Should there be any issue with access it is the customers responsibility to provide means and the labour to unload the RMC delivery such as Wheelbarrows or a dumper.
We will not drive on private property, driveways or land without permission. We may require written permission to do so, in which case the driver will ask you to fill out a form.

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us when you place your order. However, from time-to-time situations may arise that are beyond our control therefore Radbournes Limited recommend you should always await delivery of the goods before you arrange labour to carry out any work. Radbournes Limited cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred from tradesmen being on-site before the goods have arrived.
Delivery dates are given in good faith but due to the nature of a transport and logistics we cannot be responsible for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver insofar as due or contributed to by any cause whatsoever even if the customer has paid any surcharges for express or timed delivery.
We shall be under no liability whatsoever for the cost of carriage or the removing or refixing goods or for any consequential loss or damage direct or indirect of whatsoever nature and the forgoing undertaking is given in place of all conditions or warranties of every kind whether express or implied by law or otherwise, which are hereby expressly excluded.
The Customers Property must allow for access for 18-00 tonne GVW vehicle (These are approximately 13m long + 1.8m for the tail lift and 3.4m high).
The Customers property must be appropriately wide (Min 2.8m) and free from any obstacles.
Maximum delivery from a 18 Tonne Vehicle is 6 Pallets.
Access must be reasonably level to enable unloading, we cannot deliver on any steep inclines.
Unloading is via a tail lift and pallet hand pump only.
Pallet Hand pumps cannot operate on grass, soft ground, or loose gravel. We need to deliver on solid flat surfaces to facilitate safe pump truck operation.
Delivery is strictly based on kerbside delivery drop off Delivery is to ground level locations only.
Any Pallet / Packaging disposal is the responsibility of the recipient.
