St Michael’s Hospice, Hereford
For the past 30 years, St Michael’s Hospice, Hereford has strived to provide patients and their loved ones with the highest standard of palliative care and are continually raising funds to improve the hospice, and carry on the amazing work they do. We are proud to be the primary sponsor of their St Michael’s Hospice Open Gardens in 2015 and will continue our support in 2016. Xtreme Youth Projects
